Technical description

Food Product Development laboratory is a semi-industrial kitchen with a wide range of mixers, blenders, food processors, ovens, dishwasher, etc., that is suitable for food product formulation and process development in a semi-industrial/commercial kitchen environment. Being located at the Medway Food Innovation Centre, it also has direct access the state of the art food analysis and processing laboratory equipment. Being only an hour away from London, with AV facilities, premium utensils and cutlery available and cratering services nearby, this facility is also available for product launch and showcasing events.
