General description

The microplate reader is a useful equipment in various analysis tests.

Technical description

The microplate reader is basically an automated spectrophotometer. It can read UV/visible wavelengths absorbance and transmittance as well as fluorescence and luminescence of several samples quickly and accurately. It also has a shaking and temperature control system that can be used in kinetic studies.

Use: Product analysis (e.g. fat/texture)
