General description
This equipment can be used for nutritional analysis of food products as well as research and development (e.g. formulation of low-fat products).
Technical description
Total fat analyser uses NMR technology to measure the total fat content of food samples quickly and accurately. The measurement of each sample only takes a couple of minutes and requires no sample preparation.
Use: Product analysis (e.g. fat/texture)
