This technology can be used to create customised shapes, textures or can be used to prepare foods for personalised nutrition or foods for dysphagia patients.
Technical description
3D food printer can print any types of doughs, pastes, purees and chocolate with a consistency that can hold the 3D printed shape. Based on the formulation and process, the printed product can be ready to eat or can be baked, cooked or fried afterwards.
