Rachael is a certified coach, sustainability practitioner, outdoor leader, and social entrepreneur, passionate about the role of business in addressing social injustice and inequality and helping to create a thriving planet for future generations.
In 2021, she founded B Corp™ certified company, Carley Coaching, with a mission to help purpose-led people to create more impact - through coaching, NLP and adventurous experiences that focus on leadership and team performance, health and wellbeing, and the development of sustainable and regenerative business practices.
In her early career, Rachael honed her skills as an outdoor instructor and trainer for renowned organisations like Outward Bound before venturing into entrepreneurship in 2000. Her experience in business ranges from running CICs to limited companies and charities, including The Beat Project, an award-winning youth and community development charity that she co-founded and ran for sixteen years.
Rachael is a Co-Chair of the Kent B Local, represents the interests of cyclists on the Kent Countryside Access Forum, and delivers a range of social and environmental impact projects through her business.
She most enjoys supporting leaders and teams to develop purpose-led businesses that integrate sustainable and regenerative business practices and have a positive impact on society and the environment.
